たとえーーーが、なくても is the answer.
even if たとえーーーでも there isn't ない

いなくても。。。(people)

Even if you don't like it, you have to do it - たとえいやでも君はそれをしなければならない。
even if - にしても
is not - ん
there - has too many meanings in Japanese
There is no rule without exceptions - 例外の無い規則は無い。
