やっぱり、ここでもう一度働きたいんでしょ? - Do you want to work here again, after all?
やっぱり何とかやってのけたね。- You managed it after all.
STILL
やっぱりいつも英語を話していないと急に話そうとしても口がまわらないね。- You get rusty if you haven't still spoken English for a long time.
いろいろな国へ行ったがやっぱり日本が一番いい。- I've visited many countries, but I (still) like Japan best of all.
AS I THOUGHT
冬はやっぱり雪がないとね。- Winter (as I thought) does not look real without snow.

やっぱり = as expected.
It is used when something happens just as you thought it would.
The exact translation depends on the sentence.
