in-gé-nieur or in-gén-ieur
i should treat like a consonant or vowel

Pronounciations from websites are usually a bit strange XD
You should pronounce it like "in-gé-nieur", but don't worry to much about it: in some french areas some people would say: "in-gé-ni-eur". Anyway it's not something we really care about when speaking with someone !
