Jornada de trabajo
Se denomina así, al tiempo del día durante el cual el trabajador está en la empresa.Es el tiempo durante el cuál el trabajador está a disposición del patrón para prestar su trabajo. La jornada de trabajo se divide en tiempo de trabajo necesario y tiempo de trabajo adicional.
La duracíón máxima de la jornada diurna será de 8 horas.
El Estatuto de los Trabajadores: establece que la duración de la jornada de trabajo sea pactada en los convenios colectivos o en los contratos.
Una semana de trabajo generalmente tiene 5 jornadas de ocho horas = 40 horas de trabajo. En algunos países la semana de trabajo tiene como mínimo 48 horas de trabajo.

Working day
It is, at the time of the day during which the worker is in the company.It is the time during which the worker is at the disposal of the employer to provide their work. The working day is divided into necessary working time and extra working time.
