Do exist differences between "happiness", "joy" and "mirth"?
I want to know if there is any difference on their meanings.

Both 'happiness' and ' joy' can mean a feeling of extreme gratification or a condition of well being or good spirits although happiness is often used more to describe a prolonged feeling. Mirth is different as it is usually expressed through laughter, high spirits and merriment.
