If I will go to a practice base in Hainan to practice what I have learnd this summer, may I say I will go to Hainan in this summer practice.

you may say, "I will go to Hainan for summer practice." or you may also say, " I will go to Hainan to practice for the summer"

If I understand your example correctly, you would say you were going to Hainan "for" summer practice.
