What does it mean " Can you make me a take out offer for these" ?
Is the person asking for a price for a selection of items in a list ?
Or is the person asking the price for nearly all a list (without some items in a list) ?
Or what ? It is confusing.
(I picked up this sentence without the context.)

The expression "for these" suggests he made a multiple selection, probably from a wider range of products. It can be some, but it also can be most of the products in the global offer. I think we will not know without knowing the context.
