What is the difference between "san", 'kun", "chan", "sama", and "shi"?

さん：San is used for everybody, when you wanna be formal. You say it after the name.
くん：Kun is like San but only for men.
ちゃん：Chan is for Girls and little children. Is pretty cute :3
様：Sama is really formal, when you wanna be polite. You can use for example with people older than you.
市：Shi is used for Cities, like Tokyo-shi (City of Tokyo), Osaka-shi (City of Osaka)
