Hi Karen, Voi -> Vosotros/Vosotras Loro -> Ellos/Ellas But Voi is also used in formal language instead of Lei/Tu, in this case usually is preferred Lei. informal: Tu hai un bel vestito formal: Lei ha un bel vestito Voi avete un bel vestito
