Вопрос с изюминкой. Наверное это горизонтальный шезлонг, не кресло. Места достаточно, чтобы сесть вдвоем или рядом, или боком с двух сторон. Может и в кресло так двое сядут - не знаю, не пробовал.

Apparently, they're sitting back to back on a chaise lounge. Another scenario is side to side but unlikely.
