Temperament is "the emotional character or state of mind of people or animals" and how they show this.
Gender refers to the the identity of a person, men or woman (or sometimes something in between)
Usually women are said to show more emotional, to cry and be angry more often than men. Men are usually described as being calm and rational.
So Gender Differences in Temperament means "how men and women act differently".
