expression in emails If you send an email to your supervisor but it seems that the supervisor does not notice it and he or she does not reply anything, how to ask or "urge" your supervisor about the reply in next email properly? Thanks!

This is a great question! It may depend on if it is a uni or work supervisor and how well you know them, but here are some options: Dear ---, I am writing to find out if you have received my previous e-mail and whether you could answer... Dear ---, I was wondering whether or not you had received my last e-mail, as I do not seem to have had a reply.
