Today, a sudden emergency came up. Someone had a bad fall in the bathroom at home. It all happened so quickly, I didn’t have time to panic, I tried to stayed calm and focused on finding some inmediate solution. When I was a child, emergencies like this used to paralized me. But over time, they’ve become valuable lessons that taught me that serenity may be your best ally when chaos hits.
