Hi,could somebody tell me if below sentences are both right?Do they have different meanings? Thank you!
A cat in gloves catches no mice.
A cat with gloves catches no mice.
I suppose what you are trying to express is
"A cat wearing gloves catches no mice".

“In” is a better preposition because the paws of the cat are literally in the gloves. “With” can also be used but you should say “a cat with gloves ON”.
