this particular phrase “she helped me to my feet” simply means she helped. get up.
there is another phrase with a slightly different structure which is “she helped me *get* on my feet.” this means she helped you return to a good space or normal space after a difficult period.
you can also say something like “i got back on my feet” which means the same thing with the help of someone
