First, you need to believe in yourself. Secondly, identify your major weaknesses and potential problems speaking professional English. Be very positive and stay calm while enjoying the learning. Don't learn purposelessly. What I mean is that: set clear high and yet achievable goals. Practice, practice and practice again by reading, writing and speaking. Try to study articles about your career and try to write some too. Make sure to practice some basic dialogues which can be used during your work. Please feel free to laugh loudly at your own errors and make sure to correct yourself afterwards. Set a scheme to measure your achievements. Trying using English to do or explain the things you love most. They're many other points but I believe these few will help. Having it all is not what is needed. Hey Ana, one of the best things that you can do is create an immersive environment from the comfort of your own home. Just start doing all of the things that you do in your native language in English. Watch Series, youtube, read books, listen to podcasts, write in your journal, listen to music, play games, read articles. This is how we do it when we're young and learning our first language.
