I'm from Venezuela and we have a traditional dance called "Joropo". It's original from the southwestern region and it's usually danced by Venezuelan cowboys. I'm from the capital city - Caracas and we usually don't dance Joropo The music for the Joropo is played on harpa, cuatro and maracas. It's good to know a cuatro: It is an instrument like a guitar but it has 4 strings and the sound is different.
