I agree with Sheetal. They are usually called 'clubs', except in the case of sewing, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. Those are called 'sewing/knitting/crocheting/quilting circles'. /

Answer: it is a club or a circle. If you do this activity after school then it is normally an after school club.
