I was so skinny 6 years ago and I was struggling with that a lot I was around 43kg and my age was 14! I had tried several ways to increase my weight like eating a certain food or trying medicines and sleeping long periods, but nothing worked for me I was feeling so bad about myself.
but I found the secret to gaining weight for skinny people and it was to exercise, I haven't thought of gaining weight by training! And it was the best decision that I have ever made, after 4 months of exercising at my home I was able to gain around 10kg!
And I finally realized that by eating a lot nothing will change in the best scenario I will gain some fat! But training will give me muscle weight and healthier life.

gaining weight for thin people, and it was for exercise, I hadn't thought about gaining weight
while exercising!
was the best decision I ever made, after 4 months of exercising at home I managed to gain about 10 kg! And in the end I realized that eating a lot would not change anything, at best I would gain
fats!

I was really skinny 6 years ago. I was struggling a lot with that: I was around 43kg and I was already 14 years old! I tried several ways to increase my weight like eating certain foods, trying medicine, and sleeping longer, but nothing worked for me. I felt really bad about myself.
However, I discovered the secret to gaining weight for skinny people: it was to exercise. I hadn't thought of gaining weight through training! And it was the best decision that I have ever made.
After 4 months of exercising at my home, I was able to gain around 10kg!
In the end, I realized that by simply eating a lot would change nothing. At best, I would gain some fat! But training will give me both more muscle and a healthier life.
Well done! Corrected to make it sound more natural (at least to my ears). Be mindful that when you have hypothetical situations, you need a conditional word (WOULD change nothing vs. WILL change nothing).
