With the rapid development of society, online examinations have gradually come into our vision. But do you really know about it?
(Hi there. I want to know that if the last sentence is correct. Should I polish it? thanks. )

I know Chinese students are taught that 'With the development of' is a good way to start essays, but the thing being developed needs to relate to the question. 'Society' is almost always too vague. Here, the subject is online exams so what has been developed? Possibilities are 'the internet', 'teaching software', 'artificial intelligence for testing', or other similar ideas.
With the rapid development of the internet and teaching software, online examinations have gradually become more popular. But do you really know about them?
Although here we use 'rapid' in the first sentence and 'gradually' in the second sentence, so I would change one of them.

For the second sentence, it would be better as "But how much do we really know about this?"
For the first sentence, to "come into our vision" is not an English expression. We could say something like, "online examinations have been gradually gaining acceptance / gaining ground / becoming more mainstream".
