Hello, everyone!
What's the difference between "retiree" and "retired"?
I understand that one is a noun and the other is an adjective, but beside that is there any other differences?
Are the following sentences correct and common?
My father is a retiree. / My father is retired.
Thank you so much!

You have used them both correctly in your example sentences, but it’s more common to say “they are retired”, rather than saying someone is a retiree.
