I come from Bordeaux and the traditional food is cannelé. It’s a pastry with a particular shape. Takes the shape of a small striated cylinder with a depression at the top. It has the taste of rum and vanilla.

I come from Bordeaux, and there the traditional dessert is canelés. It’s a pastry with a peculiar shape like the top of a hat. It looks like a small cylinder with a depression on the top. And it tastes of rum and vanilla.
Very satisfying for those with a sweet tooth :-)
