It's overcast today. In math class, we studied exponents. It's a big concept. I memorized all the definitions related to it. Before learning about exponents, I often heard people say things like "two to the fifth power." I had no idea what they were talking about. It turns out that exponents are already used in geometry. Area and volume are all about square or cubic units, which are basically exponents of two or three. Now that I've studied exponents and powers, I feel like my mind is a bit more powerful.
