Some work done in one of my lessons...We tried to mix some of different forms of Language function for a an example of a typical Business English email: The simpler and straight to the point the better,however, still maintaining a clear communication of your intent of the email
Can you see the Punctuation?The use of Phasal verbs? Formal Construction?

Thank you for your email
just to clarify the expectations; do you need the data requested for, before our meeting on monday 28th?
or could we share the data with you after kicking-off the monday meeting?
Thank you in anticipation
Regards"
