For being next to the Equator line, the climate is very hot, wet and in the most of the days, the rain comes after midday. The residents are very friendly and love when have tourists in the city. I was born in a city in the north of Brazil, with 1.5 million of people. Belem is located inside the Amazon Forest on the bank of a big river, the Guamá River. Because it is next to the equator, the climate is very hot, wet and most days, it rains in the afternoon. The people are very friendly and love when there are tourists in the city.
