You guys can't miss the "xis" here in the south of Brazil, more precisely Rio Grande do Sul.
It's made with xis' bread wich is larger than normal bun bread and inside it has tomatoes, lettuce, one or two fried eggs, minced meat steak,peas, corn, cheese and more things
Trust me it's delicious!!

Hi Gabriel! This sounds awesome, I'll have to try it when I visit the South. One note - we say either 'minced meat' or 'minced steak' but not both. Good morning to you.
