Yeah it is always happening with me. When we have a lot of tasks, big responsibilities, complicated challenges and etc… We have to change or add something in our routine life, a little think can positively influence to our mood! For example, we can try to add some daily habits as a yoga or sport exercises for 10-15 minutes or we can do meditation or start to cook smth and stop using delivery!
And of course in addition we should remind ourselves why we start to do all this or what kinda result we can get! Be positive and your friends and close people always can help you to reach your personal achievements!
