A few points:
As stated, drop the definite article (the).
I would also change 'to provide' with 'and providing you with'
Remove the brackets.
One last point is to use an English word instead of Sabeel. I speak Arabic and am not sure what you mean by Sabeel.

I like it! The only thing I can say about the motto is that the expression is typically "building bridges" so I think you can drop the "the". Hope it helps and good luck!
