Hello! Could you help me to explain the difference between "drawer " and "drawee"? Thank you!

V-er = person doing the V
V-ee = person V is being done to
As a native, drawee isn't that common, so there could be some weird nuance I'm missing. Usually, the person being drawn can be a "subject" or "model."
