According to my perception, vegetables, fruits and dairy products are healthier. Scholars advise that to be careful while consuming animal products
like meat and fish. Especially it's better to have a low oil-saturated product. It's crucial to have a balanced diet because if it's tilted towards one side, it may affect
the health negatively. According to doctors, green vegetables dairy products should be included in the diet for the proper functioning of
the heart, bones and teeth as well. Mainly, fruits have a lot of vitamins which is necessary for healing tissues and cells.
