What's the difference between evoke and invoke?
And also
Are suppress, repress and oppress synonyms? If so, please tell me the difference between them.

Evoke is used when one conjures up a memory or an image from the past or a particular feeling( Emotion)
Invoke often used in the context of prayer and other religious, spiritual, or supernatural matters that involve calling upon a higher power for help. It’s also used in situations involving laws and rules.
Oppress refers to the harsh treatment of an individual or group of people, for example the enslavement of the African continent by European powers.
To suppress means to put an end to an activity or process by force. Suppression is deliberate
Repression takes place when one unconsciously blocks unwanted thoughts or impulses.
