The English subtitle says "pins" but what does it mean? What is he going to give to her? Pins for clothes? The "dolores" part.

Hi, yeah prendedor means pin usually the ones that women put in clothes to decorate them. This is Colombian Spanish, and what the guy says is“ Chao, todo bien, ahorita le doy los prendedores” todo bien means everything ok, however, we Colombians use it as a slang to say Ok. Maybe that’s what you heard as “Dolores”

The conversation is too short to determine what is going on.
