This is the same as in Spanish.
“Is” (to be) se traduce aquí como “ser” o “estar”, según el caso. No se usa “haber”.
“It is written” can be translated as either
“Es escrito” o “Está escrito”—
the meaning depends on the context.
“Well done” no es una oración completa, y se traduce como “bien hecho” — que tampoco es una oración completa, ya que no tiene verbo.
Para el “presente perfecto”, usamos “have”, que equivale al “haber” en español. Have you understood? / ¿Has entendido?
