‘cons’ is not the right word, because it means ‘disadvantages’ - points against doing sthg. This word is always used in conjunction with its antonym ‘pros’ - advantages, points in favour of sthg. Typically ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ are weighed against each other, and the balance may tip towards one or the other, so we can say, for example, ‘the pros outweigh the cons’. For example, ‘You should get vaccinated against Covid because the pros far outweigh the cons’

Hi, There are numerous benefits of including Yoga practice in your daily routine which looks after the well-being of one's mental health ,Soul and the Physical body. So in essence, yoga is not just the physical postures but also involves the meditation practice. if done properly and regularly , it can provides several benefits and can help cure even the chronic diseases. This is the best exercise for keeping your mind calm and happy. During this pandemic and traumatic time, it is now even more important to stay calm and stress free and this we can only achieve through our conscious efforts towards the well-being of our overall health and by indulging in the Yoga practice as a lifestyle.

The feedback is great. I’ll only add you generally use “benefits/drawbacks” or “advantages/disadvantages” when discussing either the positive or negative things associated with something OR both. Use “pros” when weighing “cons.” They go hand in hand (idiom), meaning they are used together much of the time. For example, My family and I carefully weighed the pros and cons of flying during this pandemic. We decided the cons far outweigh the pros. Cons-my children may not keep their masks on, they may get unruly, and there is a chance we may contract the virus. Hope this helps too.

I changed "cure" to "help" because it may not cure but alleviate some symptoms of neck or waist hip problems.
