"I will not be seeing him anymore." In this sentence, why is there a "be"? Could it without "be"? Is "seeing him" means date with him?

The auxiliary verb “will “ always goes with “be” when you are talking of the future and is necessary in that sentence. And yes seeing him means dating him.
