Hello there!
I will be glad, if you help me with conditionals.
I have an example in my textbook:
If we’re lucky, we’ll have sold our house by Christmas.
Is it okay to say like that? What’s is the type of conditionals? Why it’s okay to use future perfect in main clause and present simple in “if” clause? Is it a correct grammar?
Thank you in advance for your reply!

Привет Настя,
It's the conditional type 1.
Sometimes it's possible to use future perfect in your main clause. For instance,
"If I finish this book, I'll have read all his novels"
I hope this helps, good luck!
