The Tim じぁん!!!
It was a sunny day, perfect for baking! (What else could I do when I was surrounded by a bunch of foodies?) With leftover yeast from yesterday, I decided to go for a homemade pizza. I mixed the dough, let it rise, then rolled it out and greased its bottom. Next came the fun part: layering on tomato sauce, grated cheese, sliced peppers, and wieners. After a quick 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius, my mini pizza was ready!
The only downside was the crust. It was a bit too soft, probably because the dough over-fermented. I think I used too much yeast. It tasted like some sort of soft bread with pizza toppings, funny.

Looks good!
