Recently, I just read a few pages of the book Atomic Habits and here are some of the best lines from it: "Focus on the systems instead of goals". Setting specific, actionable goals is not efficient enough to help you achieve what you want in life such as getting into better shape, relax more and worry less, building a successful business, spending more time with family and friends.

RECENTLY and JUST mean the same thing, so choose one. In the sentence "Focus on systems . . .etc". it's better to use an article or not with both 'systems' and 'goal', i.e. treat them both the same. When listing the things people want, use the same construction, i.e. it doesn't work to have 'getting, building, spending," but then 'worry and relax' without the 'ing' Good job overall.

I am an English learner, my goal is to improve my English skills especially speaking. My system is how often I practice, how many new words I learn each day, and the method I use to make it progress.
