I am proud of reliability of services in Japan. Japanese society works with great accuracy, exemplified by hardly delayed transport network. I am so accustomed to on-time departure and arriving that I can get worried easily when travelling abroad and waiting for buses and trains. Another typical example of quality services in Japan is the maintenance of facilities. Broken toilets and elevators both in private and public spaces will be quicly fixed within a few days, or even on that day. It is rare to see a notice paper of Out of Service get shabby as days pass.
