The Tim じぁん!!!
The storm raged outside, but nothing could dampen my spirits for singing class today. It was a revelation! Singing uses a completely different voice than speaking, and I finally understood how to unlock it. My teacher even surprised me by offering a spot in the upcoming Mother's Day show! Mom was ecstatic, but I can't deny the fluttering in my stomach. Performing in front of a crowd? Will I freeze on stage? I don’t know. There's still time to practice, so I'll push myself and see how far I can go. One step, one note at a time, I'll decide by the deadline.

Hi Tim, very good effort on your writing!
Here are a few corrections (no major mistakes)
Surprised me by offering me a spot
Fluttering in my stomach - it's good but more natural sounding would be the butterflies in my stomach.
Will I freeze - it's correct, but would I? (conditional) is better because it's not very concrete
One note at a time and I'll decide by the deadline.
Nicely written, engaging and interesting article.
Well done! Keep up the good work!
