I couldn't sleep last Saturday night and didn't sleep all night. As a result, I began to sleep at more than 3 PM on Sunday and didn't wake up until 7 am on Monday which made my back hurts.

I couldn't sleep last Saturday night and ended up not sleeping at all. As a result, the next day I went to sleep shortly after 3:00 P.M. the next Sunday and didn't wake up until 7:00 a.m. on Monday which made my back hurts.
