Hi! What is the word you can use when you try to remember in the form of like a mental list? (E.g. someone’s favorite food, etc)
Or can i just use the word “mental list” this way? ↓
I made a mental list for all his favorite foods.

There's a fairly common idiom "make a mental note", but you usually just "make a mental note of" one specific thing.
For your example, I would suggest slightly different wording:
I made it a point to remember all his favorite foods.

Hi! I can understand 'mental list', but I would probably say mental 'note'.
Example: I made a 'mental note' of all his favorite foods.
I hope this helps!
