What does this sentence mean? Thanks.
Getting greazy is a ball!
Here is the passage.
I'll run an auto body shop and fix old cars that have stopped. I'll be sure to fix them all. Getting greazy is a ball!
Does it mean that getting greasy is fun?
Or a ball means a part something from car like bearing stuff ? the ball is greazy, so the car can have a good function.

To 'have a ball' is a phrase meaning 'to have a good time'. In your example 'is a ball' means the same thing - 'is a good time.'/'is fun.'
A 'ball' is a formal social event with dancing. You might have heard of 'ballroom dancing'?
