Professional TeacherDoes anybody really like a British accent?
What is a British accent exactly?
Listen to the podcast below (in English) about accents.
(I speak with the "Received Pronunciation" accent, which is probably what people imagine a British accent is!)

The main idea of the podcast is that to say a "British" accent is too general. Harry and Hermione have a Received Pronunciation. Daniel Radcliffe is from London, but Emma Watson is from Oxfordshire - she learnt her form of speaking at a private school, which is why it is called "Received Pronunciation". I come from Australia (they have a horrible accent!), but I learnt Received Pronunciation when I went to live in England. So, Marina, I think you want to say that you love Received Pronunciation.
