Peruvian food for me stands over many recognized gastronomical countries. This is because the diversity of ingredients and the cultural background followed by the essence of the mistures, colour, taste and flavour of each type of dish. Which accurately perform the nature and spirit of our diverses traditions and people. Our gatronomy is itself the translation of the rich land, the conexion between our regions (andean, coast and jungle) and us.

For me, Peruvian food wins over many reputed gastronomical countries. Because of the diverse ingredients enhanced by the cultural backgrounds, the Peruvian foods have unique mixtures, colourd, tastes and flavours in each dish. These foods reflect accurately the nature and spirit of our rich traditions and people. Our gastronomy is in itself the result of the rich lands, the connection between our diverse regions (Andean, coast and jungle) and our people.
