Question about a sentence.
If he is the man I think him, we have done no more than is just.(original)=
(my guess→)
If he is the man who I think him to be, what we have done to him is no more than just.
If he is the man who I think him to be, what we have done to him is only just.
Question:
Is the original grammatically correct?
Is my guess grammatically correct and having the same meaning as the original?
