Hi Ashraful I think you what you are trying to say is "One of my dreams is to be here" if not then "One of my dreams is here" is correct

The second one is grammatically correct since you used plural form of "s" in "dreams". But I suggest you to add something in your sentence, for example "One of my dreams is to be here".
