A "Jock" is a stereotype for a guy who spends a lot of time playing sports. "Built" means very muscular.
"Even out" means that it will become equal. So if someone won the lottery, "even out" would mean that after some time, it will be like he never won at all.
When someone "draws a blank", it's an idiom that means they can't think of anything. It's like trying to draw something, but you can't think of anything to draw, so the page stays blank.
