This would rarely be used and probably only in legal text.
Types of persons would be defined and then something, quality etc would somehow be assigned to those people.
After defining the people, a sentence can read as follows:
Each such persons will be due a payment of ...

I agree with the others: 'EACH SUCH" is weird and probably incorrect. But it's meaning would be: Each thing that is like whatever I just described.
