Hello. I'm a Japanese college student. I was looking forward to the Tokyo Olympics. I was excited to think that many tourists would come. But I think it's better not to hold it. If the number of mutant coronas increases any more, Japan will die.

Hello. I'm a Japanese college student. I was looking forward to the Tokyo Olympics. I was excited to think that many tourists would come. But now I think it's better not to hold it. If the number of mutated coronavirus strains increases any more, it will be very bad for Japan.
Hi, instead of "japan will die" you can either say something like "it will be very bad for japan", or "many Japanese people will die" - not sure which one you meant! Hope this helps! :)
